Tips:
1. When frying the tofu, it must be 50% hot. Let the tofu heat up slowly. The oil temperature is 10% to 30 degrees, and 50% is one hundred and fifty degrees;
2. For tofu, choose northern tofu instead of southern soft tofu. The water content of soft tofu is relatively large, and it will rot all at once in a frying pan.
