Tips:
1. When frying the tofu, it must be 50% hot. Let the tofu heat up slowly. The oil temperature is 10% to 30 degrees, and 50% is one hundred and fifty degrees.
2. For tofu, choose northern tofu instead of southern soft tofu. The water content of soft tofu is relatively large, and it will rot all at once in a frying pan.
