Sliced Onion Eel

Prepare the ingredients (the eel is prepared by the seller, and it’s fine to cut it back)

Cut the rice eel into large slices and add all the seasonings, cut the onion into pieces, cut the green onion into small pieces, and cut the ginger into strips

Add seasonings to the rice eel and marinate for 15 minutes

Heat the pan, add oil, and saute the ginger strips

Add onion chunks
