Sliced Pork Loin with Fresh Mushrooms and Cabbage

Main ingredients: pork loin, fresh mushrooms, cabbage, carrots

Cut the cabbage and fresh mushrooms into cubes.

Slice the pork tenderloin and carrots.

Add a proper amount of water starch to the tenderloin slices, and repeat the sizing.

Boil water in the pot, add the cabbage slices and blanch them until the hair is broken, remove the water, and set aside.
