Sliced Pork with Tea Tree Mushroom

Wash the lean meat and cut into thin slices, then add light soy sauce, pepper, oil, salt, and marinate for half an hour

Snow peas, remove the tendons and wash

Wash tea tree mushrooms, drain and set aside

Add oil to the wok, heat up, add the meat slices and fry the color, pour in snow peas, turn to high heat and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
