Sliced Toast

Put corn oil, salt, sugar, and water into the bread bucket first, then put the flour and yeast powder.

Start the dough-making procedure, and it takes 25 minutes.

Reunite the kneaded gluten dough again and put it in a basin

Fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Take out the dough and knead it evenly.

Divide into 3 small even doughs and cover them with plastic wrap for 15 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it out.

Put in the washed and pitted red dates.

Roll it up.

Roll up three pieces of dough one by one.

Put it in a bread bucket for second fermentation.

Ferment to a full barrel.

Bake in the bread machine for 50 minutes.

Take out and let cool.

Serve sliced.
Tips:
1. The yeast powder must avoid contact with salt and sugar, which will affect the fermentation. Everyone said that, I haven't tried it myself.
2. If you want to ferment faster, you can add more yeast powder.
