Small Bread

Put pure water, corn oil, and sugar into the bread bucket.

Then add the flour, and finally the yeast powder.

Put the bread bucket into the bread machine and start the dough mixing program for 30 minutes.

Reunite the reconciled dough and ferment it once.

Fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Take out the dough and knead it to exhaust.

Divide evenly into small doughs.

Take a dough and press it flat.

Put in the washed and pitted red dates.

Wrap it tightly and reunite.

Put a piece of red dates on top to serve as a green.

Do it all in turn.

Sprinkle some flour on the baking tray, put the raw red date bread, and cover it with plastic wrap for second fermentation.

Ferment the green body to about 2 times its size.

The oven is 180 degrees. Bake the middle and lower layer for about 15 minutes.

Take out the baking tray and let cool before serving.
