Tips:

2. Squid is a seafood product with a bit fishy smell. Today I used a lot of ingredients to remove fishy. Ginger, garlic and cooking wine are indispensable. Salted lemon is also a good ingredient for removing fishy and fragrant. If you don’t have it, you don’t need to put it or use fresh lemon. It’s okay.
