Small Fresh Version of Boiled Fish

I bought 2 sea bass at a discount in the supermarket. My lesson is not to use it for fillets

Tips:
Don't use this kind of sea bass to make it. Although this fish bone is small, it is very easy to break! In the end, I couldn't cut it into large slices!
