Pork belly is always fat but not greasy, so it is very popular, especially when you put 1 tablespoon of Lao Gan Ma, the taste is more mellow, such a small fried pork, no matter how you eat it.

Small Fried Pork

1. Stir-fried pork belly has a characteristic, as long as it is thin, it is fragrant, and the pork slices should be large and thinner. Whether it is twice-cooked pork or small fried pork or dry pot dishes. Therefore, the pork belly you bought should be placed in the freezer for about 1 hour. The frozen pork is slightly harder and easier to cut thin.

2. Marinate the cut pork belly with cooking wine + salt for 5 minutes.

3. This kind of large red pepper is thick, slightly spicy and delicious. It is suitable for those who can't eat spicy food. The green garlic should be divided into two pieces. The garlic root should be cut into pieces for sauteing; the garlic leaves should be cut into pieces to adjust the fragrance before being out of the pot.

4. Sit in a hot oil pan, add a little oil, heat the oil pan and turn to low heat, add the pork belly and stir-fry, then add shredded ginger and garlic cloves until fragrant.

5. Add 2 tablespoons of Lao Gan Ma, turn to high heat and stir-fry quickly.

6. Then add the cut red pepper, add light soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste.
Finally, add the green garlic leaves, stir-fry for 10 seconds, and just take it out of the pan.

7. Small fried pork, mellow and not greasy, absolutely killer of rice.
