Small Fried Pork

Cut the pepper into small pieces.

Thinly slice the lean meat.

Put the lean meat in a bowl, add appropriate amount of starch, salt and sesame oil and mix well.

Pour oil in a dry pan, add the chilies and fry until they are five years old and set aside.

Pour oil in a dry pan, heat the oil over high heat, add the lean meat and quickly stir-fry until the meat is completely discolored, then add chili and stir-fry together, add a little salt, a few drops of light soy sauce and vinegar and stir well to get out of the pan.
Tips:
When frying the meat, heat the oil and fry it over high heat so that the meat will be tender and not sticky.
