Small Fried Pork

Slice potatoes, pork belly, and carrots, and cut green peppers into pieces.

Fry the potatoes and set aside.

Stir-fry green peppers and carrots.
4.
Stir-fry pork belly without oil until oily.
5.
Stir out the oil and add green onion, ginger, pepper, and cooking wine.

Add soy sauce and stir fry.

Add potato chips, carrots, and green peppers to fry together, add salt and cook.
