Small Fried Sauerkraut

Wash sharp red pepper and cut into sections.

Finely chop garlic.

Wash the sauerkraut and cut into thin strips.
4.
Take a clean bowl and pour one tablespoon of cooking wine and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.

Pour in a little light soy sauce, mix thoroughly and set aside.
6.
Pour vegetable oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add the chili and minced garlic until fragrant.
7.
Pour shredded sauerkraut and stir fry.
8.
Add the sauce and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. The sauerkraut itself has salinity, so there is no need to add salt when frying.
2. Add white sugar to improve freshness.
