Two or three bites each, the small meatball bun is definitely one of my favorite buns. The soft skin wraps the tight and delicious small meatballs, one soft and one hard, with a double taste impact.

Small Meatball Buns

1. According to the basic kneading method, the dough is mixed and fermented,
