Small Potatoes in Tomato Sauce

The small potatoes are washed with mud and sand and then put in a cooking pot and cooked.

Peel the cooked small potatoes and set aside.

Wash tomatoes, peel and cut into small cubes.

Heat the wok, pour the oil to heat, add the tomato sauce and fry for a while.

Add diced tomatoes and stir fry until the juice is obtained.

Add light soy sauce, salt and a little fresh vegetables.
7.
Put in small potatoes.

Bring it over a low heat until the juice is collected, then it can be served.
Tips:
1. The small potatoes are too small to be peeled, so they must be cooked before peeling.
2. Chicken essence and monosodium glutamate can be used instead of fresh vegetables.
