Small Puffs

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour water, oil, sugar, and salt together in a pot and bring it to a boil.

Reduce the heat to a low heat and pour in the flour.

Stir quickly to boil the flour and turn off the heat.

When the temperature of the batter drops to the point where it is not hot, add the egg mixture and stir in portions.

Stir evenly, the consistency is so thick that it won't fall off.

Put the piping bag with the round buckle into a non-stick bakeware and extrude it into a round shape, with a little distance, and finally it will become bigger and stick together.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake the upper and lower fire for 35 minutes. Do not open the oven door in the middle.

Whip the whipped cream with sugar.

Tips:
1 The oven temperature can be adjusted freely according to your own oven.
2 Choose vegetable oils that have no taste, not peanut oil.
3 Don't open the oven door in the middle, the puff will collapse.
