Small Pumpkin Buns
1.
Put the dry yeast into the flour and mix, add water, and orange pigment to form a smooth dough. Let stand and ferment for 45 minutes.
2.
Take a little dough out, add a little cocoa powder, and knead it into a uniform brown dough.
3.
Divide the large dough into eight equal portions.
4.
Knead it into the shape of a small pumpkin, that is, knead it into a circle and slightly flatten it. Use a knife to cut out the texture of the pumpkin, not too deep or too shallow. It's too shallow, and it will be gone after steaming.
5.
Use chopsticks to make a small hole in the middle.
6.
Knead out the brown dough a little bit, and knead it into a long column shape to make the melon of the small pumpkin.
7.
Dip some clean water and stick it into the holes of the pumpkin.
8.
After proofing for half an hour, put it in a steamer and steam it, just follow the steaming method and time of the steamed bun.
