Small Stir-fried Beef
1.
Prepare the ingredients first.
2.
Wash the beef and cut into thin slices, add a little salt and stir evenly, then add the cooking wine to stir evenly.
3.
Add oyster sauce and stir well.
4.
Add an appropriate amount of cornstarch and stir well. It is not recommended to add tender meat powder. Although it can make the beef more tender and smooth, it does not have the original flavor of the beef and tastes less delicious.
5.
Pour in a spoonful of peanut oil, stir well, and marinate for a while.
6.
Wash snow peas, tear off tendons; peel carrots, wash and slice; peel ginger, wash slices.
7.
Boil a pot with boiling water, add a little oil and salt, add snow peas and blanch in water for one minute, then add carrots and blanch in water for half a minute, remove the cold, and control the water.
8.
Raise the frying pan, add the sliced ginger and saute until fragrant, add the beef and fry until the color changes.
9.
Add snow peas and carrots and stir-fry, sprinkle in a little salt and stir-fry, then serve.
Tips:
Add a spoonful of cooking wine one by one, and add a second spoonful after the beef is absorbed. Pay attention to the beef when you cut it. It will not grow old if it is cut into horizontal stripes and fried.
