Small Stir-fried Beef

Cut beef into shreds, add starch cooking wine and salt for a while, and cut the side dishes for later use.

Put the oil in the pan to heat up, add more oil, turn on the high heat, pour in the shredded beef and stir fry, add the bean paste and soy sauce, soy ginger, garlic, chili and stir-fry to change the color.

Then shovel the shredded pork onto the top of the side dish, so that the beef will not become old after being fried for too long and the side dish will be easy to cook. Just simmer for three or four minutes.

Stir-fry the meat and side dishes for a minute or so, and it's ready to cook!

Tips:
At the end, taste the saltiness. I like to put a lot of bean paste and soy sauce, so there is no need to put salt later, if you put less, you need to put salt.
