Small Stir-fry

After the pork bones are cooked, remove the lean meat and cut into small pieces

Wash green peppers and cut into triangular pieces, wash Hunan peppers and cut into sections, and cut garlic sprouts into diamond-shaped sections (not photographed here)

Put oil in the pot, fry the bones and meat until semi-dry and serve for use

Stir the green peppers and garlic sprouts in the pot
5.
Stir-fry the meat together, add salt, light soy sauce, and sugar
6.
Stir-fry for about half a minute, and it's ready to go
