Small Twist

Make a dough with flour, sugar, peanut oil, water and cover with a damp cloth to wake up for 30 minutes. Add sesame seeds to the dough and knead it into a cylindrical shape and divide it into small doses as shown in the figure.

After the small agent is proofed for 15 minutes, hold down one end and rub it into a long strip, then fold it in half and pinch the other side of the opening and rotate it to a certain extent, then hold the rotating head upwards and continue rotating to turn it into a twist as shown.

Put the oil in the pot and put it into the twist on a low heat, deep fry until the twist is slightly discolored, and then take it out.
