Wash the beef and chop into meat, add scallion and ginger, edible oil, cooking wine, light soy sauce, seafood soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, egg white, pepper powder (preferably with pepper water), stir well, set aside to marinate for 1 hour, let The meat and seasonings are fully absorbed

Stir the carrots and the meat thoroughly, if the beef jerky can add a small amount of water (if you use pepper water, you won’t have this problem)

Put the filling on the wonton wrapper, because the wonton wrapper you bought is relatively dry, so apply some water on the edge for better adhesion

Pack more wontons and freeze them in the refrigerator for easy eating

Boil water in a pot, add wontons and cook for 2 minutes

When cooking wontons, we take a large bowl, put seaweed, shrimp skins, pour in vinegar, seafood soy sauce, sesame oil
