Smoked Fish

1. Wash herring and drain

2. Cut the herring into slices

3. Seasoning: oil, salt, dark soy, fennel, five-spice powder, pepper, light soy sauce, water, sugar, boil in a basin for later use

4. Heat up the frying pan, add the fish fillets and fry

5. Fry until golden brown

Tips:
