Smoked Fish

Wash herring and drain

Cut the herring into slices

Seasoning: oil, salt, dark soy, fennel, five-spice powder, pepper, light soy sauce, water, sugar, boil in a basin for later use

Heat up the frying pan, add the fish fillets and fry

Fry until golden brown

Then put it in the seasoning and soak it out.
Tips:
Don't cut the fish fillets too thinly, otherwise they will break easily
