Cut the carrots into cones and trim them into the shape of a sailboat.
5.
Put the mashed shrimp, mashed lean meat, chopped carrots, and chopped horseshoe together, add garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, and starch, mix well and set aside.
6.
The sea cucumber is cleaned of internal organs and washed for later use.

The steamed sea cucumber is placed on a plate with lettuce leaves.
12.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the minced garlic and ginger.
13.
Pour in the soup and abalone juice from the steamed sea cucumber.
14.
Add the right amount of salt and white pepper.
15.
Add half a bowl of water starch and mix well.
16.
The boiled soup is evenly poured on the sea cucumber.
17.
Insert a sail made of carrots on one end of the sea cucumber.
Tips:
1. When mixing the stuffing, add garlic and ginger, because shrimp and sea cucumber are fishy.
2. Finally, use the juice from the steamed sea cucumber to thicken it, which has a stronger flavor than water.
3. Add abalone juice to make the sea cucumber taste more delicious. You can replace it with soy sauce without abalone juice.
