Prepare materials

Soak the white fungus in advance, remove the yellow stalks, tear them into small flowers, pour into the pot and add appropriate amount of water

Tips:
Add enough water at a time, never add water midway.
If you don’t use an electric pressure cooker, boil the water on high heat first, then turn to a low heat and simmer slowly, stirring occasionally, otherwise the white fungus may stick to the pan.
