Snowy Mooncake

Pour the sugar, salad oil, water and other ingredients into the small milk pot

Bring to a boil over medium heat

Sift the glutinous rice, sticky rice flour, and noodles into a small milk pot

Stir the mature batter quickly and evenly. Use a wooden stick to stir the batter vigorously until it becomes elastic.

Dough cooling

Divide into small ice crusts of 25 g/portion, and divide the filling into 25 g/portion fillings. The white one is the ice dough, the brown one is the filling

Take a piece of ice skin, flatten it and place the filling

Gently push the bag with your palm to close the mouth, and round it to form a mooncake embryo

Sprinkle a small amount of cake powder in the mold, put the moon cake embryo (with the characteristic shape of Beow~) into it, press it flat by hand, and then gently press it down to squeeze it out

The snowy mooncake is ready
Tips:
The flour used for snowy skin must be cooked. I prefer to eat Beow frozen.
