Soba Churn
1.
Wash the leeks and tomatoes, chop them, add salt, thirteen spices, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, (pictured), garlic mashed and set aside
2.
Pour the oil in the pot and heat it up with the garlic paste! Stir fry the leeks in a few quick steps! The tomatoes are fried and served (I also added a little tomato sauce)! Deep-fried chili and vinegar and stir well!
3.
Pour a catty and a half of water into the pot to boil, add an appropriate amount of salt, and add the buckwheat noodles (mix the buckwheat noodles and white flour in advance),
4.
Use a rolling pin to quickly churn into a ball in one direction
5.
Add half a bowl of boiling water and mash it with a rolling pin
6.
It's almost in five minutes! Almost water
7.
Then use the rolling pin to mix it up! (There is a saying in my hometown, if you want to stir up the group, one hundred and twenty stir,)
8.
Spread water on the bottom of the bowl and serve to stir the dough
9.
Take a flat plate and stir it upside down! Put in the mixed juice! Began to eat
