Soft Fried Oyster Mushroom

Ingredients: oyster mushrooms, flour, starch, eggs, five-spice powder, salt

Put flour, starch, eggs, salt, and five-spice powder together in a large bowl

Add water and stir to make a thicker batter, set aside and let stand for a few minutes.

Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into pieces.

Boil the water in the pot and add the mushrooms to blanch.
