Golden color, fresh and tender taste, a dish that my family likes very much.

Soft Fried Shrimp

1. Fresh sea prawns removed from the shell

2. Wash and pick the shrimp thread

3. Add cooking wine and a pinch of salt

4. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

5. Add fried powder

6. And form a thin paste, add a little water if it dries

7. Put oil in the pot

8. Add shrimp when the oil is 70% hot

9. Remove when deep-fried until golden brown

10. Increase oil temperature

11. Fry the shrimp in the oil again

12. Just remove the oil control

Tips:

The shrimp should be added quickly, the frying time should not be too long, and the oil temperature should be controlled well. If it is too high, it will be easy to fry.
Marinate the shrimps for 10 minutes and they will be delicious.
