Soft Tofu Houttuynia Cordata Soup

Pick the top twigs of fresh Houttuynia cordata. Fry the houttuynia cordata in a hot oil pan, and serve as soon as it changes color.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and slice the lean meat. Put the tofu into warm water and add dried gardenia flowers. Boil the water for another 5 minutes, then add the lean meat to cook, add salt and MSG to taste. (It's fine to cook tofu and lean meat soup in normal times)

Pour in the fried houttuynia cordata and bring to a boil. It’s the first time to publish, so I didn’t take all the steps!
Tips:
Houttuynia should not be fried for a long time. On the one hand, it changes color quickly, on the other hand, there are some volatile components.
