Sophora Flower Egg Pancake

Sophora japonica picks up impurities and washes it clean.

Boil water in a boiling pot, remove and soak in cold water for later use.

Eggs, Sophora japonica.
4.
Stir well, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Heat the pan with cool oil, pour the Sophora japonicus egg mixture, and open the pan into a cake.
6.
Fry on both sides until golden brown and out of the pan.
