Then put it in a warm place for fermentation, if you have an oven, you can put it in the oven, select the oven's fermentation function

You can process the Sophora japonica during the dough fermentation process. Wash the Sophora japonica to remove the stems and branches, leaving only the flowers.

Then put the washed and dried Sophora japonica into the fermented dough

Put a little flour on the panel to prevent sticking, then arrange the dough into strips

Use a spatula to divide into 6 evenly sized portions

Tips:
1. The amount of flour should be increased or decreased according to the amount of water, and the dough should not stick to your hands;
2. If there is no Sophora japonica, it can be replaced by other flowers, such as roses, etc.;
3. Use a small fire throughout the whole process. The fire should not be too rushed, so as not to get burnt.
