Sophora Pancakes

Sophora japonica wash and control water for later use.

Dice the ham sausage.

Stir an appropriate amount of water to form a viscous batter.

A moderate amount of peanut oil.

Pour the batter into the pan, spread the batter with a spatula, and fry on a low fire.

Fry golden on both sides. Turn off the fire.
