Soup Bean Sprouts

Pea sprouts are sold on a plate by plate. In our case, a plate is six yuan, and I only buy half of it for three yuan each time, which is enough to cook a meal.

The ham sausage is salt and pepper flavor, three salted duck egg yolks. One more or one less is fine, you can use preserved eggs instead. If you don't have it, you don't need to.

Tofu, we also call oil tofu.

Slice the ham, and pinch the salted duck egg yolk into small pieces.

Cut the bean paste in half.

Half of the garlic is enough. This is the amount for two dishes.

Stir the garlic in a hot pan with hot oil.

Pour the salted duck egg yolk and slightly crush it with a spatula, and pour the ham slices into it and stir-fry.

Then add soup or water.

Pour the beans after the water boils.

After the water boils, pour in the bean sprouts and mix well.

Cover and simmer for two minutes, open the lid, add salt, seasoning with chicken powder, stir evenly, and collect the juice.

Serve out of the pan. Because of the soup, this dish is not too flavorful but not too heavy in the mouth (salt). Together with the four ingredients, the nutrition is not bad.
