Soup with Pepper

Soak all the beans and dried vegetables in cold water overnight.

Soybeans and peanuts are soaked and cooked in advance to save time.

Wash the soaked dried vegetables, shred the fungus and kelp, and tear the yuba into small pieces.
4.
Wash potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into small cubes.
5.
The bone broth simmered in advance is strained to remove the residue and boiled.

Soybeans and peanuts are cooked first.

Pour in the diced potatoes and cook.

Pour in vermicelli, fungus, kelp and carrots and cook.

Finally add the yuba skins and boil.

Start seasoning, add soy sauce, salt and white pepper.

Take 4 scoops of starch and add water and mix well.

Pour the starch water slowly into the pot and stir evenly.

After the pot is boiled, the spicy soup is ready.

The amount of starch and thickening consistency are added according to the amount of soup and your preference. Basically the soup is a bit sticky.

Add some sesame oil, if you like hot and sour, you can add some vinegar and chili.

Served with some steamed buns and pickles, a full breakfast. 😄
