Sour and Spicy Chicken Gizzards

The raw materials are ready.

Cut the chicken gizzards into thin slices, add salt, oyster sauce, and cooking wine to marinate for ten minutes to taste; during the marinating process, cut red and white radishes, 0.5 cm square is enough, finer is fine.

Tips:
1. I bought the carrots and soaked them in cold boiled water for a week, because I think the sourness is more delicious;
2. Add pickled peppers or green peppers to this dish will be more spicy, and the color of the finished product will look better, but I am not used to eating so spicy, so I put chili powder
3. There are a lot of carrots and white radishes in this dish today, mainly the last bit left at home, just cut them all
