Sour and Spicy Duck Gizzards

Rinse the duck gizzards, add cold water to the pot, blanch for 3 minutes, pick up and rinse again, cut a few vertically, and then slice it horizontally, so that it looks good and makes it easier to taste.
Tip: Blanching water can remove the peculiar smell of duck gizzards, which can't be ignored!

Remove the head and tail of the garlic moss, wash and cut into small sections; remove the stalks of the sour chili, wash and chop.

Raise the frying pan, add the duck gizzards and stir-fry until the color changes.

Pull the duck gizzards to one side, add sour chili and garlic moss and stir fry.

Add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine and stir well, then serve.
Tip: This is a fast-handed dish. Don't stir-fry for too long, as the old ingredients will affect the taste.
