Sour and Spicy Duck Gizzards

Cut the duck gizzards into duck gizzard flowers, add salt, cooking wine, and pepper, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut wild pepper into circles, sour cowpea into circles, chopped green onions, mince ginger and garlic.

Pour the oil in the pan and sauté the peppercorns until fragrant.

Pour the duck gizzards and stir-fry evenly, add the cooking wine.

Stir-fry until the water in the duck gizzards is dry, add minced ginger, minced garlic, and wild pepper to fragrant.

Pour in sour cowpea and stir-fry evenly, add chicken powder to taste.
7.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, add a little dark soy sauce, color and stir evenly!
