Sour and Spicy Eggplant

Eggplant in a pot under cold water, boiling for 15 minutes

Light soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil consumption, cooking wine, chili powder, white sesame seeds, minced garlic, chopped chives seasoning sauce

The oil is 50% hot and poured into the sauce

Stir well and set aside

After the eggplant is cool, tear it into small strips by hand, and stir well with the sauce

Just sprinkle with coriander
