Sour and Spicy Konjac

Konjac, plum sauce, garlic.

Chop the garlic and add vinegar, soy sauce, chopped green onion, sugar, and chopped pepper to make a bowl of juice.

Boil water in a pot and remove the konjac soup out of cold water.

Put the oil in the wok to heat up.
5.
Put the konjac in the pot and stir fry a few times.
6.
Add half a pack of Mei Cai Bolognese.
7.
Stir-fry, add a little water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
8.
Pour in the adjusted juice.
9.
Stir-fry well.
