Sour and Spicy Seafood Mushroom

Main ingredients: seafood mushrooms, carrots

Seasoning and ingredients: single garlic, homemade chili oil, white rice vinegar, chicken powder, sugar and salt (the two are not included)

Carrots peeled and shredded

Just remove the garlic and press it into a puree
5.
Boil a pot of water, put the carrots in and blanch for a while, then put the washed seafood mushrooms in, blanch until the water re-boils, remove and let cool

Add white rice vinegar, salt, sugar, chicken powder, garlic and mix well. Finally, drizzle with homemade chili oil and mix well, ready to eat
