Preparation materials (2): Dice the sharp pepper, mince the garlic cloves, and garnish with some red peppers.

Take out the tofu, place it on a plate, and cut it for later use.

Prepare the marinade, a spoonful of vinegar, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a little oyster sauce and a little sesame oil, and set aside.
