Sour and Spicy Zucchini

One zucchini

Cut zucchini into slices

Two garlic cloves cut into slices

Cut two small peppers into small pieces

Stir the garlic cloves

Add zucchini and stir fry, then add white vinegar, chili, and salt, stir fry quickly, and take out.
Tips:
Incidentally: I originally liked to fry the peppers in oil first, which makes them more spicy, but today I changed the order because I was afraid that the peppers would become less colorful for the photo.
