Sour Bamboo Shoots Beef

Sour bamboo shoots sliced, dried in water for later use, ginger shreds

Add oil to the pot and add some garlic chili sauce

Sour bamboo shoots sliced with dried water

Stir-fried sour bamboo shoots

Add the right amount of water and stir fry

Add the right amount of salt

Add the right amount of sugar

Stir fry evenly

Add the right amount of soy sauce and stir fry

Install the sour bamboo shoots for later use

Take out from the freezer the beef slices marinated in advance for 30 minutes with an appropriate amount of oil, salt, sugar, soy flour and soy sauce

Tips:
1. Sour bamboo shoots need to be cleaned more than twice to reduce sourness;
2. The beef needs to be marinated in advance.
