Sour Bamboo Shoots Beef

1. Sour bamboo shoots sliced, dried in water for later use, ginger shreds

2. Add oil to the pot and add some garlic chili sauce

3. Sour bamboo shoots sliced with dried water

4. Stir-fried sour bamboo shoots

5. Add the right amount of water and stir fry
