Although this dish is called sour and refreshing chicken, it does not contain vinegar. Its sourness comes from kimchi. Pickled peppers give this dish a slight spiciness. So the tender chicken, crispy sauerkraut and the sour and hotness of pickled pepper and pickled ginger and garlic together create this sour and refreshing feeling! It's so simple and delicious! "

Sour Chicken Shreds

1. Cut the chicken into shreds, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, pepper, baking soda and starch, and marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Wash the sauerkraut. If it is too salty, soak it in water for a while and wring it out. Chopped.

3. Soak ginger, garlic, and pepper, chopped.

4. Put more oil in the pot, soak ginger, garlic, and chili until the oil is hot and sauté until fragrant.

5. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the chicken is discolored and add sauerkraut. Add sugar and chicken powder and stir-fry.

6. Serve on the table. It's that simple!

Tips:

1. Adding baking soda to the chicken can make the chicken tender and smooth.
2. The chicken should be lighter when marinating. Because sauerkraut and pickled peppers are salty. There is no need to add salt when frying.
