Sour Cucumber

Remove the head and tail of the cucumber, cut into 4 small pieces, and then cut into shreds vertically. Salt for half an hour to 1 hour. Wash off the brine with water and squeeze it dry. Then soak in vinegar for half an hour to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Pour the vinegar, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and melt. Put down the main dishes such as cucumber.

Use cornstarch and water to make gorgon (to concentrate the flavor), and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
Adding Gorgon can concentrate the flavor.
