Sour Garlic Kelp

To prepare a dried kelp, I cut about 1 piece of 1 foot long. Eat as much as you soak.

Soak hair in cold water, then shred.

Boil the water in a pot and blanch the shredded kelp. Then remove and soak in cold water, drain and set aside.

Prepare 4 cloves of garlic minced. If you like to eat, put more. I eat for the baby, so I can’t put too much.

Prepare a deep bowl, pour appropriate amount of soy sauce, aged vinegar, oyster sauce, minced garlic, mix well, and pour shredded seaweed. OK
Tips:
The dried kelp I bought is very long, I only soaked it about 1 foot long. It is troublesome to drink too much and not finish.
