Sour Soup and Fresh Pork Wontons

Wash the pork and dice, then chop into meat fillings

Finely chop scallion and ginger, wash and control water parsley, then chop finely

Mix the minced meat and green onion and ginger, add 5 grams of light soy sauce, white pepper, salt, and sugar, and stir in one direction until the meat is sticky.
