1. Fat cattle are thawed ahead of time.
2. Chop the ginger and garlic, cut the red hot pepper into small circles, and cut the pickled mountain pepper into sections.
3. Remove the roots and wash the enoki mushrooms, soak the vermicelli in advance to soften.
4. Pour a few drops of oil into a pot of boiling water, add enoki mushrooms and vermicelli to blanch them.
