Tips:
1. Don't use red chopped pepper like I did this time, please use green chopped pepper sauce (^-^)
2. It must be red fermented bean curd, do not use white fermented bean curd, the taste is completely different.
3. Considering that the elders in the family eat enoki mushrooms, it is easy to stuff their teeth, so we specially put the mushrooms. Dear friends can also be replaced with Coprinus comatus, white jade mushroom...
4. Actually, I didn't weigh the water added at all, so I just filled it in at random. You can add or subtract the amount of water according to your own taste of salted eggs.
